Kazakh government reviews digital projects

Kazakhstan plans to launch the «Unified Personal Account for Entrepreneurs» portal in 2025. The interface is designed to simplify interactions between government agencies and businesses. Today, the government reviewed digital projects. The Tapsyru service has also been launched in the country in pilot mode, providing a platform for organizations to create a unified registry of unclaimed property. The «Online Budget Monitoring» project is also being implemented, with over 150 million payments currently processed in the system, enabling the monitoring of public fund expenditures. Pharmaceutical labeling has fully integrated accounting systems for over 5,500 entities, allowing automated monitoring from manufacturers to end consumers. Pharmacies at polyclinics have already been connected to the «Social Wallet» project. The meeting also discussed voucher-based financing for preschool organizations.

«An innovative model for the queue for funding is envisaged, where parents enter the appropriate category. The queue does not move backward. The choice of kindergarten is now made independently by the parent, allowing all kindergartens to be included in the system. We say that if you meet the legal requirements, you can enter this market and attract these children and parents. This creates a certain level of competition, aimed at improving the quality of education,» said Askar Ibraimov, chairman of the board of the Financial Center.
