Kazakh acrobat
Galymzhan Auesbai performed an extreme stunt in the mountains of Almaty at an
altitude of 3,200 meters, masterfully balancing on nine chairs.
The acrobat spent a
month carefully preparing for this video. The chairs for the stunts were also
custom-made from walnut wood, each weighing seven and a half kilograms.
«No one taught me this
skill. It all depends on the person and their desire. At first, we thought
about performing the trick at the top of Shymbulak. As you know, chairs are
heavy, and carrying them up there was no easy task,» he said.
Auesbai has worked as an acrobat in an English
circus for three years, honing his skills. He has been practicing equilibrium
for ten years and intends to continue refining his craft. One of his goals is
to develop Kazakhstan’s circus arts and create new tricks.
