Kazakh citizens are eagerly anticipating the opening of the 33rd Summer Olympic Games in Paris. The event will be broadcast by five domestic TV channels. Residents of Astana will be able to watch the opening ceremony not only from home but also in major shopping and entertainment centers across the capital. Besides, Jibek Joly TV channel is set to organize a large-screen event display in Astana’s Central Park, where a concert featuring Kazakh pop stars and a raffle of various prizes will be held before the broadcast. Attendees have wished the members of the national team of Kazakhstan success and great victories in the grand sports competition.

of Kazakhstan. We are confident that Kazakh athletes will secure only gold
medals.
I am an athlete myself. I have
personally met each of the boxers who will compete in the Summer Olympics and
attended their master classes. I saw their preparation for the competition. I
am confident that our national team will win gold medals.
