The 60th Venice Art Biennale, known as one
of the biggest contemporary art events worldwide, featured a Kazakh pavilion.
For the first time, with the support from
the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, seven
Kazakh artists exhibited their works at the event.
Visitors from all over the world will be
able to see the exposition of the “Jerūiyq” project: a Look beyond the Horizon.
This is a modern interpretation of an ancient legend about a mythical land
called Jerūiyq.
