In an exclusive interview for Silk Way TV, Anna Joubin-Bret, Secretary of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), shared her views on Kazakhstan's growing role in global trade and digital transformation. She noted that Kazakhstan is actively embracing international and digital trade, positioning itself as a key digital hub that connects different regions of the world. According to her, this outward-looking approach, combined with the adoption of global standards, can become a decisive factor in the country's future development. She also invited Kazakhstan to take an active role in shaping new solutions in international trade law, as well as to adopt and implement the latest technologies developed under UNCITRAL.
