The Faces of Art project presents the first part of the film about the symphony orchestra number 1 in Kazakhstan - the Astana Opera Orchestra and its legendary Principal Conductor, Honoured Art Worker of Kazakhstan Alan Buribayev. Conductor’s role in the orchestra, stages of preparation of musical projects and their most unusual and creative forms - this and much more will be told by musicians, opera and ballet soloists. The current development stage of the nation’s main orchestra, how it lives and what tasks it sets for itself - we’ll hear answers to these questions from the orchestra musicians. The viewer will see portraits of both the orchestra musicians and their instruments.
