The Kazakh Ministry of Digital Development,
Innovation, and Aerospace Industry and NVIDIA Corporation have signed an
agreement to launch artificial intelligence (AI) educational programs in domestic
educational institutions. At a meeting in San Francisco, the parties discussed
prospects for cooperation in supercomputing technologies. As part of the NVIDIA
Deep Learning Institute (DLI) program, educational materials will be translated
into Kazakh and the content will be adapted for local needs. AI hackathons and
bootcamps will be set up to support young IT specialists. Experts believe this
initiative will help develop digital skills among the youth and strengthen
Kazakhstan’s position as a regional innovation hub. Notably, NVIDIA is an
American company known for its graphics processors and system-on-a-chip
products.
