The dishes on our menu today are natural, healthy and very tasty. It’s a variety of cheese, fresh vegetables, delicious meats and tasty desserts. All this is the cuisine of the Akhiska Turks, which combines the elegance of the Mediterranean and the generosity of the Caucasus. Today the largest diaspora of this people lives in Kazakhstan - more than one hundred thousand people. Despite the hardships, the Akhiska Turks preserved their culture, traditions and, of course, national cuisine.
