Kazakhstan has significant potential in the development of
artificial intelligence (AI). The country is focused on developing new projects
and integrating neural networks across all sectors. This was stated by French
Ambassador to Kazakhstan Sylvain Guiaugué in an interview with our TV channel.
According to him, at the Global AI Action Summit in Paris, foreign delegations
highly praised Kazakhstan’s efforts in this area. Notably, the country was the
only one from the Central Asian region to participate in the event. Domestic
digital solutions for providing public services to citizens and businesses were
presented, along with plans to establish the international center, Alem.AI.
Additionally, Kazakhstan expressed its intention to join the Global Partnership
on Artificial Intelligence.
«The main outcome of this summit was the co-chair statement
for a sustainable artificial intelligence, because we want to promote
principles of access, of the best access possible to artificial intelligence.
Principles of transparency, principles of governance of artificial
intelligence. And Kazakhstan supported this statement with about 60 countries
from all over the world,» said Guiaugué.
